Paco is the Founder and CIO of Idly Consulting, where he leads technical strategy, systems architecture, and project delivery for mission-driven clients and startups. As a self-driven systems administrator with real-world experience across enterprise and nonprofit environments, he specializes in designing smart, secure, and scalable infrastructure that empowers teams to operate efficiently.

With a strong foundation in broad infrastructure management, Paco works across Windows and Linux environments, cloud platforms, and security frameworks. His day-to-day includes automating repetitive work, building AI-integrated workflows, and mentoring a growing team of junior technologists.

He’s also a hands-on engineer who believes in doing the work while teaching others how to own it—whether deploying cloud services or crafting automation that saves hours every week.
