• Led deployment of CrowdStrike Falcon across all corporate endpoints, coordinating with leadership and system owners to ensure secure onboarding, policy alignment, and real-time threat visibility.

• Rolled out comprehensive patch management operations, applying updates across Windows Server and endpoint fleets, minimizing downtime and reducing risk across the organization.

• Integrated security solutions into Windows Defender, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments for layered protection and compliance alignment.

☁️ Virtualization & Infrastructure Management

• Served as the lead VMware administrator (VCP-DCV certified), managing and maintaining virtual environments for critical production workloads.

• Oversaw vSphere lifecycle operations, including VM provisioning, host patching, vMotion operations, and storage optimization.

• Assisted in backup and recovery planning, integrating snapshot policies and ensuring high-availability across the VMware stack.
